At Neon Symbol, we strive to ensure that every custom neon sign we produce meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange your purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below:

Returns

  1. Custom Orders: Since each neon sign is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns for custom orders unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  2. Non-Custom Orders: If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom neon sign, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  1. Custom Orders: Refunds for custom orders will only be issued in the event of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your custom neon sign to initiate a refund or exchange.
  2. Non-Custom Orders: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your non-custom neon sign for a different design or size, please contact us to arrange for a return and exchange.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your neon sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
